Our Current CEO / President Russell Kime: The Early Years
Russell started his first construction job as a freshman in high school many years ago. He was the "grunt" or "gopher" in the industry at the time. After college, Russell then became a leader in sales and business development. With his proven leadership and advanced training methods, Russell created a system with consistent workmanship, character, and most of all care for his clients.
Working side by side with his father Rick for many years, Russell gained knowledge in remodeling and general contracting as well as commercial and residential roofing. With his father coming of age, Russell was given the challenging task of carrying on the legacy and taking over the highly established company. Without missing a beat, the company has thrived and is constantly growing through the education and experience that he shares with his professional team.

With such a fast rate of growth, Russell wanted to ensure consistent customer satisfaction that delivered quality workmanship in a timely manner. To do so, Russell made the decision to partner with Freddie Gilbert and Lara Hanson. In doing so, not only could they grow even more, but they could take on much larger and difficult contracts. Truly a partnership that ultimately compliments the company very well!!!
